How much will my project cost?

Every project is different, and costs will vary depending on your needs and requirements.  Please fill out the quote request form and we’ll get back to you within 1-2 business days with a cost estimate for your project.

When will you be able to start my project?

In order to provide the highest quality of service to our clients, we only accept a limited number of projects at a time.  To learn about our available openings, please fill out a quote request form.  Chances are we’ll be able to accommodate your desired timeline.

How long will it take?

Again, this depends on your unique project.  A typical web design project takes about 4 – 12 weeks, depending upon the complexity and components needed, if you are readily available for questions and reviews, and if all the information is in our possession.

How does the design process work?

Once we’ve agreed on the details of your project, we will start on a mockup design.  You will have the opportunity to make revision requests on the design at this stage.  Then, we’ll move to the production phase where I write all the code to make the design come to life!  Finally, it’s time to launch!  Read more details about the design process.

Don’t worry, we will keep you posted on the progress of your project and you will be involved the whole time.

What other costs are involved?

You will need to purchase a hosting account for your website.  You should expect to pay around $7-$15 a month for quality hosting.  You will also need to register your domain name, which you can do for about $10 a year.

If you are going to be selling items online and will be accepting credit card payments directly through your site, you will need to purchase an SSL certificate and have a merchant account to allow you to process payments.

What are your payment terms?

We accept Paypal (you can pay with a major credit card even if you don’t have a Paypal account) and checks.  Depending on the size of your project, we require a 40%-50% non-refundable deposit before your project can begin.
