Thanks so much for your comments! I’ve used Prophoto on a couple client sites in the past and as they advertise, customization is pretty easy using their theme. You don’t need to know code in order to make simple design changes. But it’s still just a WordPress theme so writing posts and uploading photos using a Prophoto theme versus a Genesis child theme like Pure Elegance would be the same. To customize Pure Elegance, you would need to know a little bit of code, but if you’re interested, I can definitely help you and get you all set up. I think this an absolutely beautiful theme…and looks different from so many of the other themes I have seen…love the options on it too! BUT, I am very much a non-tech person…know absolutely no coding. I would pay to have it set up and a little bit of customization done. Here’s the question: I had almost decided on purchasing a Prophoto4 template due to their advertised “ease of use with no coding knowledge required” and their advertised great tech support. How easy is using your theme from a blogger’s standpoint – not the customization – just the writing of posts, posting, and uploading photographs – as opposed to doing the same thing on a Prophoto template? Do they compare when it comes to ease of use? I would appreciate any help on this!
